On a computer, full-screen mode is accessed from the far-right icon at the bottom of the video player, where arrows point in four different directions. The bottom bar with its settings appears by hovering the mouse over the video screen. Please note that Chat will disappear when you put the video player in full screen mode. To return to the basic viewing page, exit the full screen mode of the video player.
On mobile devices, full-screen mode is turned on when you double-tap or triple-tap the video player in the center of the video, or drag two fingers to zoom in (zoom out) in the center of the screen.

Change the video player settings from the icon of the wheel in the bottom bar of the video player. The “Auto” setting on the video player may cause the transmission to be interrupted. Select the appropriate video quality if you have an unstable internet connection or
you are watching over a mobile network. We also recommend refreshing the watch page from your browser, i.e. reloading the watch page.

 

Check your internet speed
We recommend a wired network connection of at least 10 Mbps.

Try watching the broadcast on a different device, eg a smartphone with the device's own internet connection. If the broadcast is playing properly, there is a problem with your computer's network connection.

 

Restart the computer.

 

Restart the router and / or modem

 

Restarting the modem may fix some problems with your Internet connection or wireless connections, and
sometimes also getting a slow connection to run faster. We recommend unplugging the power cord and putting it back on to turn
the modem back on again.

Close additional tabs and applications.

Make sure you don't have any extra pages or programs open. These can strain your internet connection and the performance of your device.
Make sure you close or remove applications completely instead of minimizing windows in the background.

 

Clear your browser's cache

Clearing your cache can help with many different connection issues.

 

Disable all browser extensions and add-ons
Installed third-party programs in Internet browsers can sometimes cause problems during playback, such as “buffering” the broadcast. If you have problems, try deleting all active
extensions from your browser individually (e.g. AdBlock, Grammarly, Honey). You can also open the video in a browser incognito or private window for testing.

 

Please refresh your internet browser

Make sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser. We recommend the Chrome browser.
